By using our website and purchasing or enrolling in the program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or enroll in the program.

2. Program Overview

Learn Sales LLC offers a mentorship-based sales training program designed to assist sales representatives who are new to sales or looking to improve their skills in their current role. The Program includes, but is not limited to, training materials, one-on-one mentorship, group sessions, workshops, and ongoing support.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Have a genuine interest in sales and improving your sales skills.
  • Complete the registration process and pay any applicable fees.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these requirements or who violates these Terms.

4. Program Fees and Payment

  • The fees for our Program are outlined on our website and are subject to change at our discretion. The price at the time of purchase is final.
  • Payments for the Program must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan option is provided and agreed upon.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except as specified under the "Refund Policy" section.

7. Refund Policy

We want our clients to be satisfied with the Program. However, due to the nature of the services provided, all fees are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • If you cancel your enrollment within 48 hours of signing up, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • In the event of extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner and respect the rights and dignity of others during the Program. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
